# Pricing and Fees

    New users receive a **30-day** free trial. After the trial period, a one-time account opening fee of **500 USDT** is required to continue using the platform.

  <Step title="Service Fees">
    Different fee structures apply based on whether the asset is a <Tooltip tip="Cryptocurrencies pegged to national fiat currencies">stablecoin</Tooltip>. You can view the token types on the [Supported Tokens](/user-guide/basic-information/tokens) page.

    * Deposit: Free
    * Withdrawal: Tiered fees based on monthly <Tooltip tip="The cumulative withdrawal volume resets to 0 on the 1st of every month, starting a new measurement period.">withdrawal volume</Tooltip>

    When initiating an on-chain withdrawal, a blockchain network fee (dynamically adjusted) is required to process the transaction. This fee is not charged by the platform.

  **Monthly Withdrawal Volume**: When initiating a withdrawal, the system calculates the user’s cumulative withdrawal volume for the current month to determine the applicable fee rate. After the withdrawal is completed, the transaction amount is converted to USD based on the current token price and added to the monthly total volume. As the volume increases, users benefit from lower fee rates. On the 1st of each month, the system resets the volume to 0, starting a new measurement cycle.
